Jorge is a creative real estate developer and entrepreneur driven by purpose. He is a committed environmental steward and wellness advocate based out of San Diego, California.
His work spans the full lifecycle of real estate development from strategic site acquisitions and thoughtful concept design to leading engineering and construction teams and guiding projects to long-term financial stability.
In an effort to provide housing opportunities for low-income families, he committed more than half of his rental unit portfolio to partnering with federal housing programs.
His experience also includes designing immersive eco-tourism and cultural experiences throughout Baja, blending hospitality, land stewardship, and community engagement in ways that highlight the region’s natural and cultural richness.
Today, Jorge channels his expertise into building happier, healthier communities. This vision is realized through Del Mar Urban Meadows, an agricultural and eco-tourism complex designed to integrate wellness, sustainability, food security and environmental awareness.
In his free time he enjoys dancing, surfing, sailing, and automating trading strategies. Though lately he spends more time changing diapers, wiping baby throw-up and teaching his baby daughter her A-B-C’s.
